I've found a few scattered articles about the new Unibind BCC10 automated binding and the ProBook Photo Album machines both announced at the PMA Convention in January. I've been waiting to post about them in hopes that they would release more information soon. But, in spite of all the buzz lately about Unibind and their exciting products, not much more has come out about the BCC10 or the ProBook in the past few weeks.
So I am posting as much as I have found so far here.
BCC10 Automate Binding Machine:
-it will be made and marketed for large photo labs and high-capacity production facilities
-it prints up to 400 high quality photo books an hour
ProBook Photo Album Machine:
-will be made and marketed for small to mid-sized photo labs
-will be able to make 2-sided panoramic photo books as large as 9"x12"
But that's all I can find! No pricing, no mention of either machine on Unibind or Peleman's (the parent company) websites.
If anyone has info about these products, feel free to comment or email me, cause I am excited to learn and share more about them!
